    Step 2

Consultation with a licensed Medical Director

Next you will meet with our Medical Director to review what happened in your accident, any health-related issues you are experiencing (past and present) and your personal wellness goals. All of this information will be taken into consideration while putting together the optimal treatment plan for you.

    Step 3

    Examination with a licensed Chiropractor

A thorough examination will be conducted by one of our licensed chiropractors. This includes general tests like blood pressure, pulse and reflexes, along withorthopedic and neurological tests to assess things like range of motion in the affected area, muscle tone, and neurological integrity. We will also perform physical tests to assess the affected area such as specific movements, posture analysis, and/or chiropractic manipulation of the affected body part(s).

    Step 4

    X-Rays

Based on your medical history and chiropractic exam, additional diagnostic studies might be recommended. Most commonly, we use X-rays to more accurately diagnose a condition. X-rays are not always necessary and are only used if the chiropractor deems it absolutely necessary to properly diagnose and effectively treat the patient’s condition.

    Step 5

    Report Findings

All of the information is compiled – patient health history, the physical examination and testing – to create a diagnosis and treatment plan specific to your injuries and wellness goals. If it is determined that your injury will respond to chiropractic care, we will review in detail the condition, treatment plan and anticipated length of care needed with you. We will also review if your injury requires treatment from other doctors.

    Step 6

    Treatment

We encourage our patients to begin treatment during their initial visit. It is imperative that injuries are treated as soon as possible, even if you aren’t experiencing any pain or discomfort yet. Waiting can lead to long-term chronic pain. Every patient is unique and requires a tailored treatment plan. And when that treatment plan is followed, patients experience a much quicker return to their normal activities pain-free.
